Dr. Eric J. Williams

Medical Director

Dr. Eric J. Williams has been devoted to the practice of medicine and addiction services for 30 years. He has spent the entirety of his professional career providing care in urban and suburban communities negatively affected by the ravages of addiction. A native of New Jersey, he completed medical school at UMDNJ- New Jersey Medical School in Newark, NJ. His residency training was completed in the Bronx, NY at Albert Einstein University of Medicine. He holds American Board certifications in Internal Medicine and Addiction Medicine.

Dr. Williams has been at the forefront of applying medically assisted therapy and cognitive behavioral therapy at inpatient, outpatient, institutional and private practice settings. His foundation in addiction care began when he served as a Mental Health Specialist at MICA (mentally ill and chemically dependent) group homes while in medical school.

Kimberly Karmade

Licensed Nurse Practioner

Kim has been in the healthcare field for 23 years, starting her career in medicine as a CMA and has been licensed as an LPN for 15 years. Kim has worked with a large population of clients providing care in a variety of areas of nursing over the years including; family medicine, geriatric medicine, pediatric medicine (specializing in the care of medically fragile children in school, camp and home settings), occupational health nursing, neurology and correctional nursing. She is a proud US Army veteran serving for 4 years from 1996-2000. Kim is also a proud mother of 2 children. She enjoys spending time with her family and friends, reading and cooking.

Zoe Holmes

Zoe Holmes was born and raised in Muncy Pennsylvania. After struggling with drug and alcohol addiction beginning at the age of 16 and being in and out of countless detox and treatment centers, Zoe got clean in February of 2018. She has always had a passion for helping people and is very active in the Recovery community. Zoe started out working as a behavioral health technician and used her personal experience to quickly move up to case manager. She is now able to share her experience with other clients who have been through the same struggles while helping them reintegrate back into the community to build a better quality of life.

Primary Therapist

Tim Bowdoin graduated from Eastern University in 2020 with a masters in clinical psychology with a focus in trauma studies. Tim currently has two years experience working in substance abuse providing high quality groups and individual services. Tim is passionate about helping those with mental health and substance use disorders. Tim is known around the office for his outgoing personality and love of Philly sports.
